As FA Silwar Naiilo transitions out of the Combat Operations Officer role to focus on the Secret Order, I wanted to take a moment to recognize him for his outstanding service to the TIE Corps over the past four years. From taking command of Tempest Squadron to leading the ISDII Challenge to serving as a member of the TIE Corps Command Staff, Silwar's been a big part of our operations for a long time now and has made many contributions that will continue to echo over time because they've become integral to our processes. Gonk allows TC leaders to quickly gather information about pilot activity. The COO Manual (COOMAN) being in the Wiki allows for much quicker reference and timelier updates than we could muster before. Fleshing out the game approval process answers most questions the TCCS would have before a proposal even gets to us. Along the way there've been numerous other improvements made that others might build on, but the products of Silwar's inventiveness will be their foundation. Thank you, Silwar, for your time, your effort, and your exemplary dedication to the Corps.

Captain Xye is a veteran of the TIE Corps, dating back more than a decade. In recent years, Xye served in Lambda Squadron under the command of Commander Genie. During his time in Lambda Squadron, Xye worked his way up from Lieutenant to Captain, taking on responsibility as a flight leader and then Squadron Executive Officer. Captain Xye then took his career to the next level by commanding Beta Squadron, where Xye displayed exceptional dedication to the Corps, both performing his significant duties as Squadron Commander and leading the charge in combat, earning scores of combat victories and merit awards. Now that Captain Xye has found his way back home in Lambda Squadron, I am honored to be able to recommend him for promotion. Xye, thank you for your dedication to the TIE Corps!

As noted in his final report, AD Silwar Naiilo is stepping down from the Combat Operations Officer (COO) position and is intending to return to a squadron assignment after a well-deserved break. Silwar served with distinction in the COO role, making a number of process improvements with long-term effects on our ability to review multiplayer screenshots and communicate multiplayer game standards to pilots. For his exemplary service to the TIE Corps, he'll be awarded the Imperial Cross (IC). He's also been promoted to the rank of Fleet Admiral (FA) that he'll get to see on this record and actually enjoy whenever he takes on another admiralty assignment in the future. Thank you, Silwar!
Succeeding FA Naiilo will be a newcomer to the admiralty, Rear Admiral Colo Delste. Previously an assistant in the Combat Operations Office and Commander of Tempest Squadron, Colo is our pick to lead the COO team to new heights by maintaining their current excellent performance and crafting new ways to bring pilots together. The TIE Corps is always evolving - and with that comes a periodic review of potential platforms that allow our members to take part in gaming experiences that enhance their opportunities. Most recently, we've been battling the Kilji Illumine, an insectoid race of aliens who have attempted to take over the systems of the Tkon Rift. We've valiantly fought back through Imperial Storm VI, but beyond the fighting, we also need to show the populated worlds that we can help them rebuild and recover from the scars of war.
A significant update has come out for a relevant game: Stardew Valley 1.6 has been released. We encourage all members of the TIE Corps to contribute to farming, slaying monsters, and gathering resources to show our goodwill to the locals. A further announcement will be made once we're ready to accept screenshots. Farm, for the Empire!

In accordance with our shift towards creation and design, I'm announcing the introduction of not just one but three new primary games within Tie Corp. The first is the recent Path of the Jedi DLC for Minecraft with lots of building and lightsabers waving around. Along those lines, we're finally introducing support for Fortnite with its blend of Star Wars character availability and gameplay that includes the ability to build structures to alter the battlefield. Last, we'll expand our non-Star Wars lineup by adding Kerbal Space Program 2, which is a unique addition in that there's no combat so recognition for time spent playing the game will be through completing in-game achievements and submitting recorded gameplay footage for design competitions.
Updates to the COO Manual and the submission forms on the site are pending for these, please bear with us while we get these fully implemented.

Taking a page from Star Wars: Squadrons, we'll be restructuring Tie Corp squadrons to be units of up to five pilots each including a CMDR. SQXO and FL positions will no longer be needed but many of those pilots will have the opportunity to become CMDRs since we'll need many more of them. Current CMDR+ should get in touch with their chain of command to start making decisions about which pilots they'll keep and which pilots will be sent to a pool of unassigned pilots for me to place into new squadrons. This new smaller squadron size will better reflect what's happening in the Star Wars canon and give pilots less competition for their CMDR's attention.
Lots to do here, but when the dust is settled we think everyone will enjoy this change.

With the beginning of another new month, I have some announcements to make about the future of our organization. First and foremost, there's been a desire from leadership to meet the evolving needs of our members and roll in some of the concepts from a defunct subgroup, the Corporate Division. To that end, the TIE Corps is rebranding itself as "Tie Corp" to reflect a new corporate mindset and simplify the styling of our name. You'll see new events and activities based on content creation and top-notch business acumen employed at all levels of Tie Corp, along with new recognition structures designed to leverage synergy while respecting everyone's available bandwidth. Any friction among our rockstars will be taken offline and circled back to later. Our new cloud-based strategies will involve deep dives into big data while we reach out to next-gen innovators to develop our core competencies. We are aligned on giving 110% on touching base with our stakeholders regularly and integrating blockchain technology into a win-win, organic wheelhouse that will be a game-changer as we disrupt the online gaming space.

In that capacity, he's been helping drive participation when the CMDR and SQXO have been busy tackling our primary roles which has resulted in Spectre performing well alongside other squadrons in Corps-wide events. To recognize him for his service as a Commander and to set the bar even higher for him going forward, I'm proud to promote him to the rank of Captain.

Isabis Kamaria, with great skill, is one of our best pilots and when it comes to SWTOR, is our best, maybe EH's best. For nearly a year she’s been playing matches, staying on coms when possible, participating in events, dazzling us all with her writing, even coming in first for one of RtFs prompts, and expresses excitement about the entirety of the offerings of the TIE Corps and has even gone beyond that by joining the Dark Brotherhood – She was promoted to Commander in October of 2023 and has earned at an SS each of the Next 4 months as a FL. There is no more promising a pilot than the pilot who is excited they’re here, ready to bring justice forcefully to the Rebels. I’m proud and honored to have her amongst our ranks and I hereby recommend she be given the rank of Captain for the month of March 2024.

Following behind former Sin Commanders LC Andr3 and LC SkyShadow, a new Lieutenant Colonel steps into the role: LC Honsou.
On February 17th 2024, Honsou reached out inquiring about the Sin CMDR opening. He expressed that he has long been interested in joining Sin Squadron for their unique lore and culture - the TIE Sinister with its specialized air conditioning and cup holders no doubt being part of that draw. Noting the move from CMDR of a squadron in one Battlegroup to the same position in a different Battlegroup as a rare move worthy of special focus in a selection process, RA Adom "fr0Zen" Wietu followed up with numerous rounds of interview questions and sought feedback from current and emeritus Sin Squadron membership.
The outcome was thorough satisfaction in the answers provided by Honsou, and broad support for the move from the membership.
Nearly six weeks later, and with Imperial Storm Six in the rearview, we can now say welcome aboard the ISDII Warrior as Sin Squadron's new Commander, LC Honsou!
Sin Squadron has been without a CMDR for a little while now but we've selected LC Honsou, previously the CMDR of Beta Squadron, to transfer over and become the next Sin CMDR. Good luck in your new role!
Naturally, this means that Beta Squadron now has a vacant CMDR position. RA Genie is working on that and will have news for us when that's been pinned down.
Since joining the Combat Operations Staff a number of months ago, GN Elwood the Brave has been a tremendous source of help to the entire fleet. He alone has processed nearly seven thousand Legions in the last four months, including 3000 during Imperial Storm VI. Without his effort, things would grind to a halt during these giant events. For his effort over the last four months, I am proud to recommend a Gold Star of the Empire.

The first trailer for the upcoming show The Acolyte has been published! Slated to premier beginning with two episodes on June 4th, the show will take place one hundred years before the events of The Phantom Menace. The show promises to highlight a darker aspect of Star Wars lore, with the tagline "In An Age Of Light - A Darkness Rises."

After 30 days, Imperial Storm VI has come to a close.
This years competition saw a plethora of battles as all three Battlegroups sought to take the fight to the Kilji and despite some bumps along the way they did just that.
As per the instructions of Grand Admiral Rapier, the TIE Corps and Secret Order set out to prevent the Kilji Illumine from making passage across the Tkon Rift and using it as passage to attack the species that call this part of the Chaos home. Over the course of the month we saw multiple star systems swap hands as both sides attempted to take and hold the Rift, by the end however the TIE Corps still held sway over several star systems, and just as importantly, had destroyed close to 60% of the Kilji fleet.
Whilst Imperial forces that were damaged in battle had been forced to withdraw from the Rift and seek repairs at the friendly worlds of the Chaos the Kilji have no such allies to fall back on, they remain a threat but a significantly reduced one as they fall back to the worlds they have conquered and in attempt to lick their wounds ahead of any future conflicts.
With the strategic victory in the bag, I am pleased to announce that all participating pilots will receive the Tkon Rift Campaign Medal alongside any Operational Readiness Awards they are due.
A final map has been uploaded to the Imperial Storm VI hub and I will be compiling all of the relevant statistics for Squadron Commanders over the course of the next few days.
Finally, I'd like to thank all of the Team Leads - FA La'an, VA Setzer, RA fr0zen and RA Genie for helping me run this edition of the game, it always takes a lot of behind the scenes work to get it going and a significant amount of patience! I'd also like to thank all of the INN posters, you added a very entertaining element to the month which a lot of people have commented on!!

Destiny 2 matches can now be submitted for both PvE and PvP matches on the website. Battlefronts Classic (that seems like the right grammar? Don't ask me, I'm a pilot, not an English major) have also been added for PvP submissions, all thanks to our Internet Officer, HA Turtle Jerrar.
