The formation of the Hammer's Fist Stormtrooper Legion is being finalized by the Wing Commander, Flight Officer and . This elite unit within the Emperor's Hammer will serve to enlist Stormtroopers into various Platoons initially and possibly develop into larger units at a later date. It should be noted that the Hammer's Fist is a "Sub-Group" of the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet. Each Stormtrooper Platoon will be stationed on a Lancer Class Frigate (a small screening and assault vessel) and will serve on various covert and elite commando-style missions. 

The Wing Commander wishes to point out that current Emperor's Hammer Members can NOT also be a Member of the Hammer's Fist since they represent two separate branches of the military. However, an EH Member may join both clubs under separate AOL Screen Names... 

It is anticipated that the Hammer's Fist (HF) will use the games Dark Forces, DOOM I, DOOM II and HERETIC. In addition to "role-playing", Hammer's Fist members play special levels created for the Hammer's Fist. Stories, combat logs, pictures, HF mission plotlines, additional levels, screen shots and other submissions may also lead to promotion. 

Finally, it should also be noted that the Hammer's Fist is an "Elite" Stormtrooper unit which is attached to the Fleet in addition to the standard Stormtrooper Corps stationed on the SSD Avenger or any one of the other capital ships in the Fleet.

PROMOTIONS 

Unlike the Emperor's Hammer, promotions is based on a points system. All points for each individual member will be tallied and tracked by the Prefect of the Legion. All points are tallied from when the trooper joined HF, not since the last promotion. Below are the points need for each rank... 

Trianti - 0 pts.

Opito - 100 pts.

Sergeant - 250 pts.

Centurion - 500 pts.

Centurion Maximus - 1000 pts.

Legatus - 2000 pts.

Legatus Maximus - 5000 pts.

Prefect of the Legion - N/A* 

* - The Rank of Prefect of the Legion can only be awarded by the Wing Commander of the Emperor's Hammer. 

Here's is a list of what earns what points... 

New levels for DOOM, DOOM II, HERETIC and Dark Forces - 20 to 100 pts. each

Quality Screen Shots, Logos and Pictures - 10 to50 pts. each

HF related stories - 25 to 250 pts.

^Each new EH or HF member recruited - 50 pts.

Mission plotlines - 35 pts.

~Being Listed under 'active' status for 1 week - 20 pts.

Misc. Submissions - 5 to 500 pts. 

^Applicant MUST state that you recruited them when they join EH or HF.

~This means each and every week.

 

*Any HF member who submits evidence that shows that he/she has successfully completed "Knee Deep in the Dead" (DOOM), or Mission 6, the "Crusher" (DOOM II), or the first 5 levels of HERETIC and/or Dark Forces will recieve 110 points. Note that save game files work real well for this. This is also a one-time deal. You can't submit more than one file after you have been awarded the points. 

NOTE: All submissions must be sent to the Prefect of the Legion for credit. Submissions will be judged to see how many points will be awarded.
