1) Here is the updated Battle Summary Manual (battles.wri)...This version has the new EH battles, the IW battle, and the CAB battle. This file has been created by RA Jac, Commodore of the SSD Avenger (COM/RA JAC/T-D/SSD AVR, MoT-7gh)... 

2) The TIE game files (a9turbo.ovl, guardian.ovl, phalanx.ovl, dragon.ovl and spectre.ovl) which allow use of each of the five new fighters (the A-9 Vigilance Interceptor, the TIE Guardian, the Phalanx Interceptor gunboat, the TIE Dragon Support Fighter and the Spectre Class Advanced Missile Boat) created by Admiral Shekinah (TACT/AD Shekinah/SSD Avr)...The new fighters are presented in detail in the Office of the Fleet Commander Section of this Newsletter and will be presented in upcoming editions of the Fleet Manual... 

To use the new fighters simply select the fighter.ovl file for the fighter you wish to play and rename it to flight.ovl. Then copy the renamed file into your c:\tie subdirectory (following BACKUP of original!). Simply select the fighter replacement (i.e. the base model of the model fighter...i.e. the MIS to use the Spectre or the T-D to use the T-G, etc.). Any Member with questions should contact the TACT (Shekinah) or the Fleet Commander (GA Ronin)
