This notorious criminal has:
Consorted with Rebels, Pirates, and other Criminals
Disturbed Imperial Peace and Order
Threatened to attack and damage Imperial Property
Threatened Citizens of the Empire and members of the Military
Sergey is also believed to be the head of a large Rebel organization. He is most likely well-armed, well protected, and highly dangerous. The Empire will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries he causes to the inexperienced attempting to capture him. Any citizen who has seen him, or has any leads on him, should contact their local Imperial Garrison.

THE ISD VANGUARD TO RELEASE NEWSLETTER ADDENDUM!
Conditions for ISD Vanguard Newsletter.
1. GN Crona shall compile the newsletter.
2. All articles being put in the newsletter MUST first be approved by the Ship Commander [Commodore] and Wing Commander of the ISD Vanguard.
3. The newsletter should contain articles of interest to the members of the ISD Vanguard/Wing IV.
4. The newsletter shall be edited by the Ship Commander [Commodore] and Wing Commander of the ISD Vanguard and compiled by GN Crona.
5. Anyone on the ISD Vanguard [and the EH as a whole] can submit an article to the newsletter. In the case of flight members, they must forward their articles to their squadron commander. Based on the squadron commander's approval the submission(s) shall be forwarded to the Ship Commander [Commodore] and Wing Commander of the Vanguard for review and possible inclusion in the newsletter.

The ISD Vanguard Newsletter has already been submitted in draft form for release with NL #26 by GN Crona...However, Athena (RA Zeus) had not yet had a chance to review it...Consequently, it is anticipated that NL #27 will have an ISD Vanguard Newsletter (i.e. "Internet Addendum") attached as a ZIP file to the EH Newsletter, as conditioned above...It should also be noted that the ISD Vanguard Newsletter will ONLY be released with the regularly distributed EH NLs and following review by the Fleet Commander and/or the Executive Officer...
