No more EH Channels Permitted
Because the EH already controls neumerous Undernet IRC Channels, no more channels will be allowed to be registered. Any pending applications to have an Undernet Channel Registered by CService are to be cancelled immediately.

FLEET COMMANDER'S NOTE:
SubGroups that surpass 100 total members will typically be allowed to register ONE IRC Channel for that SubGroup, subject to review and approval by the EH Communications Officer...
FTP Site Wanted
I am currently looking for a new FTP Site that will replace the unstable archive at Washington University.
I am offering a Promotion and/or Medal to anyone who can find us an FTP site that matches the following criterion:
-FREE FTP Site
-At least 15 Megs storage
-FAST access off the 'net.
-Uploads from Command Officers/SubGroup Commanders Permitted
-Stable Archive
Note: It must be an FTP site and not a WWW link (i.e.: Access only through WWW browser)
