This year features THREE potential prompts that are outlined here!
Submissions
- Limit of one submission per pilot
- Pictures / evidence of the process - screenshots of the work in progress

Judging
- The three judges will be the members of the TIE Corps Command Staff (TCCOM, SOO, WO)
- No commissioned artwork
- Art utilizing pre-existing work AND/OR AI generated work must be sufficiently modified to be considered valid. For example, don’t download something from DeviantArt and submit it as your own.
Scoring Rubric
Visual Impact (overall quality)
- 4 points: The unique organization of art elements, content, & execution create a striking & memorable work. It has the power to “wow” the viewer.
- 3 points: The organization of art elements, content, and execution create cohesive work. The work has lasting impact on the viewer.
- 2 points: The organization of art elements, content, and execution are addressed in the work. The work holds the viewer’s attention.
- 1 point: The organization of art elements, content, & execution are incompletely addressed in the work. There is little or no impact on the viewer.
Interpretation & Creativity (completeness/effort)
- 4 points: Shows unique and creative interpretation of the prompt and was continued until it was as complete as possible. Effort was far beyond that required, with great attention to detail.
- 3 points: Shows clear understanding of the prompt and the submitter's ability to think “outside the box.” With more effort, the work might have been outstanding.
- 2 points: Shows some creativity and adequate interpretation of the prompt. However, the work appears unfinished.
- 1 point: The design was unrelated to the prompt. Work is incomplete or lacks attention to details.
Craftmanship (made with skill and neatness)
- 4 points: Demonstrates a mastery of skill. The design is beautiful and complete. The design effectively filled the entire space.
- 3 points: Demonstrates skill. The design is pleasing and at least partially complete. The design mostly filled the space.
- 2 points: Demonstrates partial skill. The design is fairly neat. The design partly filled the space.
- 1 point: The design is a bit careless in creation of the work. The design space is somewhat used.
Competition awards:
- Graphics bonus comps (each), Iron Stars with Ribbons: Gold, Silver x2, Bronze x3, Copper x4 (top ten)
- Individual best graphic piece between both bonus comps: Upgraded to IS-PR
