Courses in Command and Leadership:

Unit Leadership
The methods and techniques for leading a team in the Dark Brotherhood.

Imperial Officer Training Course
The Imperial Officer's Training Course (IO) is a comprehensive study of leadership skills, as well as procedures, rules, and policies that new officers of the Hammer's Fist must know. This course is required before a member may be promoted to an officer rank.

Instructor
Awarded for performing the duties of an instructor for the Imperial University. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the creation of a course, course or exam edits or by being a professor for a particular course.

General Leadership
General Knowledge for Leadership Positions. Includes Reports and motivating your unit

Master/Student Program
Master/Student Program Guidelines and Overview

Combat Operations Exam
An exam to qualify to serve in the TIE Corps Combat Operations Office.

Squadron Management 5
If during your TIE Corps career you plan to ever take command of your own Squadron, then this course is not only mandatory, but an invaluable guide on the rights and wrongs of looking after your own command.
