Writing this course was a labor of love and the collaborative work of more than just one person. It took several pairs of eyes, a lot of brainstorming, a lot of editing, and many beers. I would like to take a moment to take those that made this possible.

TCCOM/FA Plif--Thank you for suggesting I do this in the first place. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience with current and future Squadron Commanders.

CMDR/COL Hav Antiel--Thank you for being my editor. I could not have asked for a better person to serve under in my return to duty as a commander, and you made it a smooth transition. When I was drafted to write SM/5, you were the first person I thought of to help me. You were the only person I trusted to make clean edits to my writing. Thank you for the suggestions, ideas, smart ass comments, brainstorming and thank you, most of all, for your friendship. Also...:yoda3:

FL/LCM Genie and FM/CPT Coremy Jertese--You two are the executive officers I've had in Sin so far, and I appreciate your efforts so much. Like me, Sin's success means so much to you. I know I could leave my squadron in either of your hands for weeks and it would be like I never left. Either one of you will make fine CMDRs one day if you so choose.

To the boys (and aliens) of Sin--There is a reason you are the finest squadron in the Corps, and it has very little to do with me. You are all model Imperial officers, and I appreciate the bond we share. You guys are why I love doing what I do.

To the TIE Corps --I wrote this course especially for you. The success of the TIE Corps is tremendously important to me, and I hope this course benefits you in some way, whether through making your own commander better or inspiring you to take the reins of leadership yourself.
