COO-mbat Operations is a revival of a previous Combat Event that was known as the Saturday Shootouts, originally instituted by myself back in my bad old Hammer Commodore days. But with some twists now!

Now the Combat Event will run two days a week under the COO on Mondays and Saturdays starting at 7:30 PM Eastern Time (COO local time)/11:30 PM GMT. Standard combat event rules for IS-GW/SW/BWs and DFCs apply. Platforms involved will be XvT, XWA, Squadrons, Battlefront (EA) and Empire at War with agreement gained between players as to what platforms to play before and after each match, composition, etc. Ideally, we'll be meeting for game in one of the unoccupied Discord Hangar channels. This will start on cycle on Saturday, August 13, 2022.

If for some reason the COO is unavailable to supervise, a COOA or an acceptable substitute may be tapped to referee and to notate stats for awards.

DFC Rules:
You must be the best EH ranking player in the combat event.
If there is a tie and the other requirements are met, DFCs can be awarded to all tiers.
You must beat a minimum of three different players on that combat event
You must have a win-loss ratio of at least +3 (ex. 3 wins/0 losses, 4 wins/1 loss, etc.)
Any exceptions to these rules must be agreed to by at least one member of the TIE Corps Command Staff or EH Command Staff.
For this event there has to have been at least 9 matches or more

For players presenting for 10 matches or more in one session, the Operational Readiness Award will be awarded.
