Congrats to Colonel Aija Alura Judarrl, who has been named the Company Commander of 1st PsyOps Company! She returns to us after some troubles with her arm and PC. I believe she is capable leader and will help us in the development of the Legion.
and with that the two closed planets in the setii system have been reopened and all people that was in Phare system have been moved into a system with a active SMF! who will be in contact shortly.

I have been appointed to the position of the Prefect of the Hammer’s Fist one week ago. It is the time I should release my first report and I do so. It will be long one, but please read it carefully, as what I include in this report is extremely important.
On the contrary, the introduction of myself shall be short. I am MGN Xantros and you all know me as the Vice-Prefect of the Hammer’s Fist. Now, straight to the point.
I was told that there will be no Prefects, if I resign with no success. It means that if I fail…if we fail…I will be the last of the Prefects. What is more important, the Hammer’s Fist will be shut down and closed.There will be no more Stormtroopers in the Emperor’s Hammer. That is why we must co-operate closely and work together. Otherwise, we will fail.
I am not going to introduce any revolution. I am not going to introduce another restructure, to update the Field Manual, to shift command positions and members. No, what I see we need is a bit of planning, hard work and patience. A lot of hard work and patience. Only hard work in matters that are important may bring us positive results. Patience is also necessary, as results will not appear in few weeks. Even in few months, possibly. We require long-term policy and consistent work to achieve success and fully realize the plans.
Thus, I ask all of you to do your best on your position. I know that the RL goes first and may consume a lot of your free time. I know you may be unable to devote all of your free time to the Legion. However, I see two important areas we must focus on.
Firstly, we need to increase the number of active members of the Legion. The only way to do so, is to focus on intensive recruitment campaign. It is important to attract people’s attention towards the Hammer’s Fist in as many ways as possible. These are, for instance, making posts on your personal blogs, publishing articles and stories on SW-related websites and forums, as well as talking with people about our club. It is important that every single member of the Legion should do so. Thanks to that we shall be able to reach more people and get them into our ranks. Overall planning of the campaign lies within the responsibility of Special Operation Command.
The second important matter is keepings these people in the Legion. This means creating and promoting competitions and out-of-competition activities. The first ones are in responsiblity of Company Commander, who shall run competitions and focus on day-to-day management of rank Troopers. Out-of-competition activity means writing, graphics, gaming and whatever you can come up with. Remember, while it is one of leader’s duties to provide you opportunity to be active in form of competitions, it is up to you to not only submit for the competitions, but also, if possible, do something more. Do out-of-competition activity, which is something extra to normal activity. For instance, two or three stories per month are not very much, but if there were five people writing such amount of out-of-competition stories per month it would be ten to fifteen. That is damn good motivation for people to join us, because they can see that something is happening here!
As mentioned before, I know that the RL goes first, but please do your best to help the Hammer’s Fist grow. If you cannot anything in matter of recruitment, try to find some time to write stories or play some MP games. We support several gaming platforms and I am sure you would find at least one suitable for your needs and abilities.

- Choose and appoint the Company Commander
- Establish new mailing group, as the old one does not include all members and I have no administration access.
- Work over recruiment campaign
- Learn more details about EH/RS/VE competition
- Establish, who is still active. Remove inactives.
- Make second report
60 days
- Launch recruitment campaign
- Launch blog
- Work over HF wiki articles
- Make third report
90 days
- Launch HF survey
Also, I would like to announce that I am taking the applications for Company Commander. The requirements are as follows:
- 30/60/90 days work plan
- SSITC passed ( or ability to pass it in one week from appointment )
- Ability to perform at least 6 months tour of duty
- 48 hours e-mail turnaround ( preferrable 24 hours )
- IRC presence – availablity at least once a week, during EH meeting, so we can talk with each other.
- Ability to release bi-weekly reports
The duties of the Company Commander are as follows:
- running competitions
- providing communication between rank members and SOC
- recommending promotions and awards
- releasing regular reports
- aiding SOC in their work
- solving problems of rank members
I wish to appoint the Company Commander as soon as possible. Thus, apps are taken only until 16th July.
Once again, I would like to emphasize the fact that if we want to achieve success, we must be prepared for long and hard work. If I fail…if we fail, the Legion will be closed for good. That is why, I promise I will do my best to fulfill my duties. I promise you that I will not leave the Legion like Astin did. With no prior warning, with no prior information, with big mess to get dealt with. I will not resign until there is someone to replace me and continue my work with no risk that the Legion will be closed with my resignation.
Certainly, it is a great challenge, but I believe that together we can accomplish our goals. I believe that our co-operation CAN make a difference and WILL make a difference. There is much to do. More than one person can do on his or her own. I need your help and you need my help. Remember this, because only thanks to the cooperation, we can make the Hammer’s Fist great club.
What I ask you to bear in your mind is that we cannot treat our membership in the Hammer’s Fist as an unpleasant duty. We all need to treat it as fun. Without that, we will soon get discouraged and we will fail. I am sure we will not, but all depends on us all.
Leaders are here to guide you and provide you conditions to make your time here real fun. With the leaders, the organisation will decay and collapse. However, even the best leader can do nothing, if there are no members to lead. Rank members are the basis of each organisation. Without you, with your help, the Legion will die anyway.

I am also available via IRC on almost daily basis, either from around 11 a.m. to around 3 p.m. or from around 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. ( all times are GMT +2 ). You can catch randomly in different hours, but it is usually for couple of minutes only.
Zethy has been sending me updates while I've been away. I won't be able to get them live until later tonight, but rest assured they will go up.
The Master/Student program notes have been finalized. Per the GM's request they have been activated and are now available HERE.
