Admiral Joey C reporting in for the Communications Office - "Mayday, am buried under a paper shower!"

Sorry for the lateness of my report, school is ramping up the pressure (4 assessments due this week) and COMM-like duties have suddenly increased. So lucky me!

Due to a problem in the upgrading of the MySQL software for the TC servers, the Message Boards were unable to be restored from their backups. Which of course means that you have to re-register your username. I have re-added the boards, and will work on moderators by a request-to-request basis. Sorry for the lost post-counts and topics, but these things happen. I as COMM have only so many magical powers.. :P

The Security Officer Vladet Xavier has gone on leave, and in doing so has shunted most of his duties onto me. Read his report for the full details of this, but just remember... I'm here for you... *cackles*

NOTE: The Security Officer HASN'T gone on leave. He has returned to continute his therapy sessions as he comes to terms with the fact that he is actually a Star Wars fan. "Denial can be an ugly thing.."

The Medal of Communication system is one week away! Hurrah!

I don't have the time nor the awakeness to award a medal for the quote competition this week, so next week there will be THREE quotes being selected as a winner!
