COMM Report #33 - 10/27/02

Haha, two weeks in a row... we're on a roll! Here's our news...

COMMA's:

We still need COMMA's... if you are interested, please take a look at COMM Report #32 on October 13. Email myself and my CA at teeps10@alltel.net and przblucher@aol.com.

CA:COMM:

Andy is still experiencing computer issues, so he is on temporary leave until his custom-made rig is delivered. The latest status update I have from Andy is that his computer will be delivered in one week.

Hostmasking:

There is no official CoC regarding hostmasking using the new X usermode, but if you use X hostmasking to evade a ban, we will throw the book at you for ban evasion. Usermode +x its an obvious venue for premeditated ban evasion, and it will not be tolerated. So when in doubt... just use your normal hostmask... your tinfoil helmets are enough to keep the NSA from spying on you. >:P

I PROMISE an update and added content by the weekend. Thursday is a distinct possibility.

Projects:

Andy and I are kicking around a few ideas for projects... official proposals to be made to Ronin by the weekend.

This coming weekend:

Halloween weekend is like a national holiday here at OU, so between Thursday the 31 after class and Monday morning on the 4th, I will be on leave. Laugh if you want but with everything going on here there's no way I can fly above the radar those four days. >:P Report #34 will be released Thursday night to prevent not getting a report out that weekend.
