HCI has given rulings on the following Security Office complaints this week:

| 0132 | The Empire vs Kweeky | Guilty on all charges : Violation of Article 402 (Conspiracy to break the CoCs), Article 404 (Failure to obey the rules and regulations), Article 409 (Conduct unbecoming and Officer and Gentleman) | 2 rank demotion in TC (LC), 1 month ban from all IRC channels (ending April 7th 2002) and a 6 months probation after the 1 month ban (ending October 7th 2002), Executive expulsion for violation of probation (same day as his sentencing, March 7th 2002),Expulsion from all subgroups and no permission to rejoin unless specific permission was given by the GA, XO or HI. |

Security Office Database
I have received word from my CA, RA Keldorn that the EH Security Office
Database is nearly complete in it's design stages, and will enter it's coding
stage early next week. This Database will house disciplinary records for people
who are not in the TIE Corps as well as have databases for EH Intelligence,
Imperial Security Bureau, and will also keep a record for the SO of any HCI
convictions made.
