From the Desk of Colo Delste

As I look at the chrono, I realise just how long it has been since my last written report here. Something for me to improve upon, in future, I think.

Imperial Storm 6 is in the books, and the majority of the Squadron has been awarded the Campaign medal for our exercises in the Tkon Rift. Well done all, and a special shoutout to COL Mordred, who was an intrepid reporter with the INN.

A survey about IS6 will be distributed by the WO shortly, to help guide plans for next year's installment.

This report is tinged with a hint of sadness. On August 22nd 2022, I stepped up as Tempest CMDR. This will be my final report as CMDR, as it is time to hand the reins on. An announcement regarding who the next CMDR will be - as well as what my future holds - will be forthcoming in due course. I am, however, satisfied that Tempest Squadron, as it has done before, will continue to aim highly and achieve much in the TIE Corps competitions that occur.

A special shoutout in that regard to CPT Grendel. As well as being Flight Leader of Flight 3, Grendel has often exemplified what it means to lead from the front, amassing sometimes unbelievable amounts of Legions of Skirmish and Combat in a month. I tip my cap to you, sir.

As I sign off as Tempest CMDR for the last time, I look forward to seeing you all in game, whatever the platform may be. And a reminder, for now and always:
