Rank Change from Lieutenant Commander to Commander
Reason: From COL Gilad Pelleaon: While he was promoted to Flight Leader in July, he served three of the four required months as FM before stepping forward to become FL3. He has now served over a month and a half as FL3 and is more than deserving of promotion to Commander. In addition to this, for his activity during the months of June through August, which amounted to over 25 battles, as well as an IWATS, activity on the Message Boards, communications by email, and participation in the weekly trivia competition. Reason: Tuba has been a very active pilot in Stingray Sqauadron, he has participated in every flight competition the House has held, has flown many missions outside of official competition and has been active on the Message Boards and very welcoming and helpful to new members. He has also been an active participant in the House run on and done a great job not only in his writing, but inecouraging others to particpate as well. For all these reasons, I recommend that Tuba be promoted to the rank of Jedi Hunter

Reason: I wholeheartedly recommend that Jedi Hunter Tuba be promoted to Dark Jedi Knight. He has shown unflagging enthusiasm and activity in the Dark Brotherhood even through slow periods. He has served as both an example to his peers and as an inspiration to do and be better leaders to his superiors, including myself. JH Tuba has actively participated in every competition made available to his Order over the past several months as well as being active in the House run on and submitting fiction to our fiction competitions. Tuba has also been actively engaged in taking and passing EH courses, often with perfect scores. Most recently Tuba has assumed command of Battleteam Stingray and has shown even more enthusiasm and leadership there. At my request he wrote and completed a piece of fiction about constructing his lightsaber as his DJK trial and still managed to create a banner for his Battleteam and complete his first report as battleteam commander. All in all a fine example of a Dark Jedi Knight in my opinion.
