GA Rapier released a report on the State of the EH. It’s well worth reading and I highly recommend it.
Drakonan News:
Sword of Drakonan points are updated through last week. Check out monthly and annual totals on the House site. Since the year is more than 75% over, it’s worth mentioning that the top three point earners for the year receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze Novas respectively. Here’s the top 10 so far:

Competitions!
BTL/DJK Mirtez just completed the first round of Stingray’s Know It All comp (like our weekly trivia but much harder!). Winners and awards lists are forthcoming. Round 2 is underway, or at least it was until OBM Zsinj selflessly shared his answers with everyone.
While the Jedi may encourage random acts of kindness, we here in the Dark Brotherhood most certainly do not. In the future all members are required to limit their ‘good intentions’ to puppies, kittens, and needy children.
Monthly Topic!
Hero For a Day: Write 5 to 20 pages about how you acted in a heroic manner as a member of the Dark Brotherhood. Perhaps you saved a village from some rampaging monster, rescued orphans from a burning building, or drove off a pirate attack on some colonists. Each page of fiction is worth 1 SoD point, plus you get an extra point just for entering! Deadline is September 30th!

DIE Beta Testing is in a lull with only 3 posts so far. Hopefully our courageous volunteers will find time to hack and blast their brave dueling opponents in the near future.
That’s about it, folks. Less activity this month, but you’re probably busy with school and such. If you know you’ll be gone or busy for a while, please drop me and your Battleteam Leader a quick email. We always grant leaves and it helps us keep track of everyone. Besides, it’s the courteous thing to do!
For those not busy or otherwise occupied, we have a few activities running. Remember, you receive SoD points for ALL ACTIVITIES outside of email and IRC. Merely by entering a contest you receive a single SoD point. Send screenshots of your MP victories in any of the new platforms for credit. As always, you can post, write, and fly.
