CLAN DRAKONAN CONSUL REPORT N°69 - 21/JUN/2020

Greetings Members of the Clan Drakonan.

We must regret the passage to the rogues of SK Horus Blackheart who leaves his position of P: MAA and his position of BTM in Stingray. The path of the Sith is arduous but it is also endless, so we hope that he will return with us when he deems it necessary.

Star Wars Squadrons, EA's new space combat simulator, has an appearance date of October 02 of this year.

For personal reasons, our BTL of Sentinel, PRT Coremy Jertese, has decided to leave his position. Also SK John T Clark has announced that he will cease to be BTL of Stingray, so the Sentinel and Stingray BTL positions are now open for applications to all active members of the Brotherhood.
Anyone interested in becoming a Sentinel or Stingray BTL should send their application to DSP Elwood the Brave and SWL Miles Prower, with a copy to SW Earnim Branet.

Retro-Review. Doctor Aphra #40.
Summary:
This is it! The end of Doctor Aphra’s first solo series (though not the last). Aphra wants to be free, but she’s got a lot of hurdles to face before that. She has to deal with two maniacal droids and attempt to keep her ex-girlfriend, father, and sidekick safe. If that wasn’t enough she’s being stalked by a furious Vader chasing her through the halls of an ancient Jedi Temple. Can she finally be free of the Dark Lord?
Verdict:
Luckily this is a great issue to finish off the strong series. It’s the Aphra we’ve come to know and love with her tricks and smarts helping her survive, but only just. The issue has a lot of twists and turns while also being quite emotionally weighted. We hear Aphra talk about her regrets and mistakes she’s made over the course of the series and the loneliness it brings her.

Rakghoul Resurgence on Corellia
Date: June 2 – June 9, 2020 (BEGINS AND ENDS AT 11:00AM PDT/6:00PM GMT)Requirement: Levels 25+
The Hyland Organization for Rakghoul Neutralization (T.H.O.R.N.) has issued an official level-2 emergency alert concerning an outbreak of the Rakghoul plague on Corellia. Quarantines have been put in place to restrict traffic of the plague off-world, but exceptions will be made for individuals with priority clearance.
T.H.O.R.N. is recruiting qualified volunteer emergency responders to travel to affected areas to combat the spread of the Rakghoul plague. More information about the outbreak can be found by checking the News Terminals on the Republic or Imperial Fleet!
T.H.O.R.N. wishes to remind you that plague symptoms can be treated if they are identified in the early stages of infection. Whether or not you have travel plans, please consult your nearest trusted medical supply droid and get vaccinated!

The idea is that those who play SWTOR send their information of their characters to my e-mail to complete their data and thus be able to perform some activity in the future.

Previous fleet managers have taken a balanced approach to the fleet holdings. This works with a large group of players who are constantly turning projects, but with a smaller group it is less than ideal. There are certain aspects of the holdings which provide better benefits than others, so let's get those completed first then circle back to fill out the rest.

- The Dilithium Mine and Embassy are now complete, so let's not waste any more resources on those areas when they can provide growth elsewhere.
- On the Starbase we need to focus Tactical. Tier V Tactical gives access to all the best fleet quality ships, so we need to hit that hard and grind it until it's done, then we can finish out Science and Engineering.
- On the Spire we need to focus Research. Tier III Research gives access to Tactical Consoles that provide +Crit Chance, which is the best option. When that's done we can focus on finishing Operations.
- Research lab need to focus Development in order to finish it out, so we can upgrade the whole lab and be done there.
- Colony needs to focus Infrastructure and Energy, which provide equipment. Morale is training manuals and Officers... less important in the immediate future.
- I don't particularly care for anything that K-13 provides, so we can continue the balanced approach there.
- Also, please don't put Dilithium into any Dilithium only projects when it can be used elsewhere... that's wasteful.

If you need gear, if you need tips on skill planning, if you need help leveling, if you want to know about simple keybinds, just ask. The missions are much easier and more enjoyable when you are properly equipped and trained.

Undine Ships Slide into the Infinity Lock Box!
The Infinity Lock Box, containing prizes from nearly all previously-retired Lock Boxes, will be available again for an appearance on PC During this time, enemies defeated on both Ground and Space maps will have a small chance of dropping one of these prize-filled packages.
