This certification shows an officer has gone far beyond the call of duty and stands out amongst his peers. The Master Stormtrooper (MS) Certification does not contain course notes or an exam. The only way to prove yourself worthy of this certification is to prove yourself to your fellow troopers, your fellow officers, and the General Staff.
